The state visit of Iceland’s President to Norway

We at Nordic Ignite were honored to be part of Iceland's President Halla Tomasdottir’s state visit to Norway last week — a trip that celebrated innovation, sustainability, and deeper Nordic collaboration.

As part of the official business delegation, we explored how Norway and Iceland can advance the blue economy and the green transition together — alongside incredible people from Business Iceland, Embassy of Iceland in Norway, Oslo, Innovation Norway, and other visionary organizations.

On day one, our very own Ragnheidur H. Magnusdottir joined the President on stage at BI Norwegian Business School, speaking on Responsible Leadership in a World Full of Challenges – the Investor’s Perspective.

Her key message? Invest in diverse teams — because the best solutions for a better future come from a wide range of perspectives.
